Vegetarianism

It has long been proven that high-quality meat products are indispensable for children, teenagers, pregnant women and some patients. They are not so necessary for adults, and it is better for the elderly not to eat such products at all. However, you should not give up meat at all and eat only greens, vegetables and cereals. It is simply better to give preference to lean meat and not eat it every day. It is not for nothing that the majority of long-lived people, sharing their secrets, say that they practically do not eat meat and prefer fish.

Rest

Be sure to allocate time for rest and sleep.
