Normal gait

Normal gait is beauty and health

A slim figure, a well-groomed appearance, a beautiful face – all this is absolutely necessary for every woman. But a person will be truly attractive if he has a good gait. It is very important to be able to move gracefully. Some lucky people are born with this ability. But most people don’t have that advantage. However, in no case you should not give up. Everyone can learn to move gracefully if they put in a little effort.

How to have a normal gait?

This question has always arisen for most people. When walking, watch your posture: your back should be straight, your chin slightly raised. Avoid moving your hips from side to side; it looks vulgar rather than seductive.

Make sure your knees are fully extended. Lovers of high heels often do not extend the knee joint and the impression is created that they are slouching. This feature does not add beauty to movements. Therefore, if it is uncomfortable for you to walk in high heels, but you want to – train at home or wear shoes with a heel of about 3-5 cm. There are many good sports shoes in the modern world, so you can wear them, it is both beautiful and comfortable.

Ideally, the feet should be directed slightly in different directions or be parallel to each other. Give up the habit of carrying heavy bags or packages in one hand. Carrying heavy things is very harmful to the legs, and especially in one hand.

Remember that the main purpose of a normal walk is not to attract male attention, but to take care of your own health. Bad posture or stooping are among the most common gait disorders that negatively affect well-being. Due to these pathological conditions, the functioning of internal organs, especially the lungs and heart, is disturbed. They are “squeezed” by the chest, which causes oxygen starvation and impaired blood supply. The incorrect position of the feet also leads to negative results: constant fatigue, discomfort and even flat feet.

It is also important that the legs are healthy in order for the gait to be normal. If a person has painful joints, infectious diseases of the feet or ulcers, his gait cannot be normal. In such cases, it is necessary to contact your general practitioner and use medicines that will help get rid of the disease or reduce pain. So, for example, patients with gout should take Allopurinol-Apotex, and with arthritis – Medrol. To reduce joint pain caused by arthritis, take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory (NSAID) drugs that are used to treat inflammation, stiffness, and pain, for example, Mobicam-DT. If fungal infections of the legs develop, oral antifungal medication (Triflucan (Fluconazole)) is necessary. People with diabetes should pay special attention to the health of their feet, and if they notice ulcers, see a doctor immediately and apply healing agents, for example, Regen-D (Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor).

Regular and hard work, patience and perseverance are guaranteed to lead to the desired results. One day you will feel that your movements have become graceful, and you are confident and charming.
