Foods that improve the appearance should contribute to the hydration, nutrition and protection of the skin. Sugar “washes out” collagen from skin cells, and everyone who wants to preserve youth for as long as possible is recommended to consume as little sweets and white flour products as possible.

Also, try not to deny yourself fresh berries, even if they are quite expensive in supermarkets: cottage cheese with aromatic berries and maple syrup or honey is a great breakfast, much healthier than the usual cheesecakes. Love high-quality olive oil and prepare salads with sauces based on it. Increase your fish intake, but try to choose fatty varieties such as salmon, sardines, trout, mackerel, herring, etc.

Try to consume milk and dairy products regularly. By the way, yogurt is considered the most useful product for women: so you should drink and eat it to become more beautiful. Just try to choose quality products to improve the condition of the skin, improve the health of the body and not gain weight.

Also, regularly consume whole grain products: rye bread, unpolished, coarse cereals, pasta. If you like to cook pastries, try not to use white flour, but whole grain flour, which, although unusual in taste, is the most useful.
