Everyone who dreams of losing extra weight often thinks that it is good to try some new diet, pills, or cream. People like these options more than sweating in the gym. Or they starve and look with envy at how a friend eats a cake. It’s much easier to apply slimming lotion and lie on the couch.

However, these methods lead to the opposite result – a person becomes increasingly lazy, gains weight, and his mood becomes bad. There is only one solution in this case – you need to gather your strength and believe that you will achieve the desired result. Tell yourself that you are beautiful, that you like to exercise and eat healthy food.

Imagine yourself beautiful, happy and attractive. Remember these feelings and when you want to try “forbidden” food, imagine yourself in the future. Choose a goal for yourself, write down the steps to achieve this goal in a notebook, and then it will become your friend and assistant in shaping you into a beautiful and amazing person!

Is it time to work or is it better to go out to eat?

Who knows the answer to this question? It turns out that our body knows about it. At different times of the day, it prefers different activities. And if the body is our house in which we live, then it is better for us to study its habits.

  • From 6 to 7 a.m. any information is remembered as easily and for a long time as possible – so study poems, a foreign language, prepare for exams… You will be pleasantly surprised by the result you will get.
  • Later, from 8 to 9 a.m. logical thinking wakes up and you can engage in analysis,
  • From 9 to 10 a.m. – you can work productively with information and statistics.
  • From 11 a.m., a person becomes less concentrated. So, it’s time to do something calmer and more pleasant: drink a cup of tea or coffee, read the news, chat in messengers.
  • Lunch eaten with friends or family before 2 p.m. will be absorbed by the body as best as possible and will bring you maximum benefit.
  • If you don’t want your brain to be overworked, stop active work before 6:00 p.m. However, this is a great time to have dinner. Eating should be caloric enough and balanced so that you don’t want to eat before going to bed. But do not overeat. Due to violation of this rule, you may develop sleep problems, especially difficulty falling asleep.
  • From 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. give maximum rest to your brain and body. Take a warm shower or bath with relaxing aroma oils. Talk to relatives, caress pets, read your favorite book. If you have trouble falling asleep, this is the best time to take sleeping pills, such as Ramitax or Relaxedin.
  • From 11 p.m. to 1 a.m., during sleep, the body actively restores energy, clarity of thought, and muscle strength, and from 1 to 3 a.m., emotional energy.
