Muscle pain due to high-heeled shoes

Many women like and often wear shoes with high heels. Such shoes shift the center of gravity forward. In this situation, the lumbar curve increases in the spine to maintain balance. As a result, curvature of the spine, osteochondrosis and chronic back pain may occur.

What will help:

– do not wear shoes with high heels until the age of 18 (this is the age of full formation of the musculoskeletal system);

– correct posture. When wearing high heels, your shoulders should be relaxed and your back should be straight;

– daily change of shoes. It is best to wear high-heeled shoes to work and meetings, and change into more comfortable shoes at the workplace. According to the recommendations of doctors and scientists, high-heeled shoes can be worn no more than 3 times a week;

– massaging the legs before going to bed. This procedure should be daily. The duration of the massage is a quarter of an hour. After such a procedure, a relaxing oil-based bath will be useful. Such care will improve blood circulation and relieve signs of fatigue.

Muscle pain due to diseases

Diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, myositis, various injuries can cause muscle pain. Sometimes such muscle pain can bother a person for months and worsen the quality of life. In this case, the pain can be almost anywhere in the body, including the neck, back, legs and even hands.

– use of painkillers, for example, Brufen (Ibuprofen) or Voltaren Suppositories (Diclofenac Sodium);

– prevention and timely treatment of diseases that cause muscle pain.
