Beta-blockers are also used to correct irregular heartbeat, prevent migraine headaches, and treat tremors.

How should I use Betaloc (Metoprolol Tartrate)?

The dose of beta-blocker will be different for different patients. Follow your physician`s orders or the directions on the label . The following information includes only the average doses. If your dose is different, do not change it unless your physician tells you to do so. Do not miss any doses. This is especially important when you are taking only one dose per day. Some conditions may become worse if this medicine is not taken regularly.
